I have sailed from the Pacific Coast of California to the Islands of Hawaii preparing a variety of cuisines with fresh caught fish. I have cooked in rental properties in a large estate during the winter in Park City, Utah, where certain favorites were requested and were not readily available, but I needed to improvised because the show had to go on.
I have had requests to make sushi and sashimi for lunch and turn around and prepare a full soul food spread dinner, fried chicken, collard greens, green beans,macaroni, potato salad, cornbread, you named it they had, and a peach cobbler for dessert.
